A few things to know before you book.
Bins must be empty
We're pressure-washing the bin, not hauling out trash. If a bin still has trash inside when we arrive, it's an extra $5 per bin to clear it out first.
Reschedule or cancel anytime
No fees, no penalties — just give us at least 2 hours' notice before your scheduled cleaning.
No contracts, ever
Monthly plans can be paused or canceled anytime, no notice period beyond rescheduling a single visit.
Rain doesn't stop us
Pressure washing works fine in the rain, so your cleaning happens as scheduled either way.
Outside our core area?
Our core route runs Daly City to San Jose — standard pricing, no extra fees. Outside that corridor, we still come to you; just reach out and we'll quote you based on distance.

5 days agoSomeone referred us to Fresh Bin Solution and it did not disappoint! Franklin was able to fit us in the same day I reached out and he spent some time to make our bins look new again. Seriously, they needed his magical touch because they were smelly and had cobwebs all over them. He was also great at communication and his rate was very reasonable. We definitely recommend and would use this service again.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
Nope. As long as we can reach an outdoor power outlet and faucet, you don't need to be home — just leave your bins out like you normally would.
What do I need to provide?
Just two things: access to an outdoor power outlet and a faucet we can connect a hose to for the pressure washer. Both usually work fine even if you're not home, as long as we can reach them.
What day will my bins get cleaned?
We time your cleaning to your regular trash day, since your bins are already out at the curb. Recurring plans stay on that same schedule going forward.
What if my bin is locked or behind a gate?
Add your gate code or any access notes in the "anything else" field when you book, and we'll take care of the rest.
How do I pay?
We accept pretty much everything — cash, card, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal for one-time cleanings. Monthly plans are billed automatically and securely through Stripe, which covers all major cards and digital wallets.
